We are very willing to take on commissions. If you see something you like but it does not appear in your favourite colour please email or phone us to discuss further.

All the jewellery is hand-crafted and fused using the kilns in our workshop. Many of the items are unique. Due to the nature of the glass it is impossible to make exact copies, therefore, the item you receive may not be an exact match to the image on the website. However, as this glass is so stunning, we are certain you will not be disappointed.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any
items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is
ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
At present, we can only accept card payments over the internet. If you prefer,
you can send a cheque or postal order. Please post your order, including postage, to the above address.

All prices include VAT.

No contract will exist between you and Sarah Hill Contemporary Glass Jewellery for the
sale by it to you of any product unless and until Sarah Hill Contemporary Glass Jewellery accepts your order.
The contact is only binding when we ship the goods ordered to you.

Standard Delivery - FREE
Goods are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for on delivery.

Special Delivery - £5.95
If you need your item urgently we can send Royal Mail Special Delivery. It will be shipped the day after ordering.
It will need to be signed for on delivery.

Europe
International Signed For - £7.00
Goods are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will need a signature on delivery.

Rest of World
International Signed For - £8.00
Goods are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will need a signature on delivery.


If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the delivery number for you to chase with your Post Office. In the case of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the parcel after 20 working days after which the Post Office classify the parcel as lost.


We will normally send your order to you in 4 - 5 business days.
International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
If any item is out of stock we will contact you by email.

All postage costs are the purchasers for both sending and returning.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All orders are VAT free.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
